Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution has called on ministry officials to spearhead innovation in developing AI-powered systems designed to assist international visitors, including real-time language translation and simplified reporting mechanisms for tourists. Speaking in Putrajaya, Saifuddin challenged his team to design an intelligent kiosk system capable of breaking down language barriers while enabling tourists to file reports and access essential services more efficiently.
