MANILA – House Speaker and Isabela Representative Faustino G. Dy III expressed deep sympathy Sunday following the deaths of two students during a fun run event at Cauayan South Central School in Isabela province.
The two fatalities, aged 7 and 8 years old, were electrocuted on Saturday, October 3, during a bubble fun run activity. The incident occurred at the school facility in Cauayan City.
Speaker Dy, who represents the province, conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased students. The exact circumstances surrounding the electrocution are under investigation.
