PUTRAJAYA — Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming has introduced a monetary incentive scheme designed to spur innovation among ministry personnel, offering one month's ministerial salary as a prize for the most impactful innovation.
The minister called for every innovation developed within the ministry to be documented and evaluated, with outstanding contributions rewarded to recognise staff creativity and drive improvement across the housing and local government sectors.
