Chief Minister Revanth Reddy stated that the Greater Hyderabad area is witnessing expansion efforts that are outpacing the originally planned timeline, signalling robust progress in the state capital's infrastructure development initiatives.

The acceleration in the GCC expansion reflects increased investment and administrative focus on managing Hyderabad's growing urban footprint. The city has emerged as a major economic and technology hub in South India, attracting significant population inflow and commercial activity over recent years.
