Hyderabad Police Transform From Single Unit to Four-Commissionerate System

Hyderabad's policing apparatus has undergone a significant metamorphosis since its inception, mirroring the city's own development and changing security landscape. What began as a single commissionerate has expanded into a four-commissionerate system, enabling more targeted and efficient law enforcement across the metropolitan region.

The transformation reflects the shifting nature of criminal and security threats confronting urban India.
