ICAI releases CA Foundation results for September 2026 exam cycle

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has published the results of its CA Foundation examination for the September 2026 session. Students who appeared for the test can now view their scorecards and performance details on the official ICAI results website at caresults.icai.org.

According to the results announcement, Sparsh Khandelwal and J Jayanth have jointly achieved the second-highest score in the examination, each securing 359 marks. The dual topper achievement reflects the competitive nature of India's foundational chartered accountancy qualification.

Candidates who have successfully completed the Foundation stage are now eligible to register for the subsequent CA Intermediate programme. The ICAI results portal allows aspiring accountants to download their complete scorecard and detailed performance metrics for future reference and registration purposes.

The Foundation course represents the initial qualification level for candidates pursuing chartered accountancy in India. The examination is conducted twice annually, providing multiple opportunities for students to attempt the test and progress through the CA qualification pathway established by ICAI.
