Reigning world champion Sheetal Devi claimed gold in the para compound women's individual event after prevailing in a tense shoot-off, extending her dominance as the world's top-ranked archer in the discipline. The victory underscored India's strength in international para archery competition as the contingent wrapped up the tournament.

Double Paralympics medallist Harvinder Singh contributed significantly to India's medal tally, partnering with Bhawna to secure gold in the para recurve mixed team final. The Indian pair defeated China's Liang Qiurong and Xia Lei decisively, winning 6-0 in straight sets. Harvinder and Bhawna captured the opening set 35-31, followed by a 36-33 victory in the second set, before clinching the title with a 34-32 triumph in the third.

Bhawna added to India's bronze medal count by winning an all-Indian para recurve women's bronze-medal play-off against compatriot Rajshree Rathod, securing a 6-0 victory in that encounter. The strong final-day performance demonstrated the depth of India's para archery programme as athletes across multiple categories secured podium finishes in the closing round of the Stage III tournament.
