Indian Patent Office unveils fresh guidelines for pharmaceutical patent review

The Indian Patent Office (IPO) has proposed updated guidelines for examining pharmaceutical patent applications as part of efforts to strengthen the quality and uniformity of patent scrutiny across the country.
