KUCHING, Oct 30 — An Indonesian woman has been fined RM4,000 by the Kuching Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to soliciting sexual services from an undercover law enforcement officer. In default of payment, she faces six months imprisonment. The incident occurred during an anti-vice operation, where the woman allegedly offered services for RM100 to the plainclothes officer. Following the court's ruling, authorities have initiated deportation proceedings against the offender, who is expected to be returned to Indonesia upon completion of legal formalities.
