Infineon inks ₹750 crore Bengaluru office lease deal
German semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies will establish a major operational hub in Bengaluru, committing to a decade-long lease arrangement valued at ₹750 crore. The facility will span over 630,000 square feet across multiple floors in a premium commercial complex.

Infineon Technologies, a leading global chipmaker, has secured office space in Bengaluru under a significant long-term lease agreement. The company will occupy 632,000 square feet spread across 10 floors at Bagmane Solarium City, one of the city's prominent commercial destinations.
The lease arrangement, effective from December 1, 2026, extends for 10 years and carries a total value of ₹750 crore. The rental structure includes a 15 per cent escalation clause every three years, reflecting market conditions and inflation adjustments over the lease period.
The expansion marks Infineon's continued investment in India's technology infrastructure and reflects the country's growing importance in the global semiconductor sector. Bengaluru, already an established hub for IT services and semiconductor operations, continues to attract major international tech companies seeking to strengthen their Indian presence.
The move aligns with rising demand for semiconductor expertise and engineering talent in India, particularly as global manufacturers diversify their operational footprint beyond traditional hubs.
