InMobi names Hema Namburi as group CFO ahead of India IPO

InMobi, one of India's leading independent mobile advertising platforms, has elevated Hema Namburi to the role of group chief financial officer, marking a key leadership transition as the company gears up for its anticipated India IPO.

Namburi brings over five years of experience in managing InMobi's global financial operations from her previous position as global financial controller, a role she has held since 2018. Her appointment comes as the company prepares for a proposed public offering valued at approximately $1 billion, a significant milestone for the Bangalore-headquartered firm.

She succeeds Marc Steifman in the CFO position. The leadership change underscores InMobi's efforts to strengthen its financial and operational framework ahead of the IPO process.

The move is expected to provide continuity in financial management during a critical phase for the company, as it navigates the complexities of preparing for public markets while maintaining its position as a key player in the mobile advertising technology sector across Asia.
