Iran permits Iraqi oil tankers transit through strategic Strait of Hormuz

Iran has authorized Iraqi oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, a critical waterway for regional energy trade. The permission was confirmed following discussions between Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and Iraqi officials during his visit to Baghdad.
