Italy to host Next Gen ATP Finals again from 2026

Italy will resume hosting the Next Gen ATP Finals beginning in 2026, the ATP announced on Wednesday, ending a three-year period in which Saudi Arabia staged the tournament for young tennis players. Reggio Calabria, located in the country's Calabria region, has been selected as the venue for the event.
The move consolidates Italy's position within professional tennis' calendar, as the country already hosts the year-end ATP Finals in Turin. With both season-concluding tournaments now based in Italy, the nation strengthens its status as a major destination for elite men's tennis in Europe.
The Next Gen ATP Finals showcases the sport's emerging talent, featuring the world's top eight players under 21 years old competing in a modified format designed to provide an engaging spectacle for fans. The tournament has been held in various locations globally, with previous editions taking place in Milan and Milan before the Saudi Arabia period.
