The 104-key property represents ITC Hotels' latest move to strengthen its presence in the NCR market, capitalizing on emerging demand in satellite business centres beyond Delhi's congested core. The Manesar location offers proximity to key economic hubs spanning Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad, positioning the hotel to capture growing corporate and social event business.
Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, stated that the company remains focused on identifying high-growth destinations with strong long-term potential. The Manesar property combines strategic positioning, robust connectivity and access to a thriving events market, according to company statements.
The hotel is expected to benefit from Manesar's development as an industrial and commercial hub while offering guests a less congested alternative to central NCR locations. The property will serve both corporate clientele and social segment customers seeking conference and event facilities.
ITC Hotels operates more than 155 properties across India, Sri Lanka and Nepal, managing over 14,200 keys through its portfolio of brands. The Welcomhotel addition underscores the company's strategy of geographic diversification and brand extension across regional markets.
