iUSTUS, a Bengaluru-based real estate firm, has outlined an ambitious expansion strategy with a project pipeline of approximately 2.5 million square feet across residential and commercial segments in the city's South and East zones.
The company was founded by Pawan Sawhney and Santosh Soni, who bring combined experience from developments exceeding 7 million square feet. Both founders have worked across investment and operational aspects of the real estate sector, positioning the company with deep sector expertise.
The developer has prioritized disciplined execution, capital management, and quality construction as core operational principles. A statement from the company emphasized its commitment to long-term value creation and transparency in all dealings.
Sawhney, serving as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, stated that iUSTUS aims to enhance residential and commercial spaces while maintaining environmental sustainability. His background includes roles as a partner at a private equity fund and as MD and CEO of Address Maker, along with an education from IIT Bombay.
