Jaishankar to visit Bhutan for bilateral foreign minister talks

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar will travel to Bhutan for a two-day official visit beginning September 16, at the invitation of Bhutan's Minister of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Lyonpo D.N. Dhungyel. The visit marks an important diplomatic engagement between the two neighbouring nations, reinforcing their long-standing ties and strategic partnership.

During the visit, Jaishankar is scheduled to hold substantive bilateral talks with Dhungyel to discuss ongoing cooperation frameworks, regional developments, and issues of shared concern.
