The oath was administered by Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel, marking the formal commencement of Kogje's tenure as head of the state's apex judicial body.

The swearing-in ceremony, attended by senior judicial officials, government representatives, and members of the legal fraternity, underscored the significance of the judicial transition.
