Kabaddi Player Saharawat Replaces Shot-Putter as India's Co-Flag Bearer

India's contingent at the Asian Games will be led into the opening ceremony by kabaddi star Pawan Saharawat alongside pistol shooter Manu Bhaker after organizers made an unexpected change to the flag-bearer lineup.

Tajinderpal Singh Toor, the celebrated shot-putter who was originally selected to share flag-bearing duties with Bhaker, has been unable to participate in the ceremony. The change was necessitated after Toor's official competition kit failed to arrive in time for the event.
