Kalpataru confident of hitting ₹6,500 crore pre-sales target in FY27

The real estate company's Chief Financial Officer Chandrashekhar Joglekar said strong demand for residential properties has persisted despite concerns about potential economic slowdown triggered by global uncertainties. "We have given guidance for pre-sales at ₹6,500 crore. We have already achieved 40 per cent in the first half of this fiscal. We will be achieving 60 per cent in the second half of this fiscal," Joglekar said in an interview.

Kalpataru's sales bookings or pre-sales during the first half of the current financial year stood at ₹2,587 crore, remaining virtually flat compared to ₹2,577 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. The company expects a significant acceleration in the second half, driven by seasonal factors and festival-driven demand.

The Mumbai-based developer's projections reflect confidence in the residential real estate sector, particularly among established players with strong brand presence and execution track records. Industry observers note that premium and mid-segment housing continues to attract buyers seeking quality properties, supporting growth momentum for major developers during the ongoing financial year.
