Kashmir police arrest five suspected militant associates, recover arms cache

Security forces conducted coordinated operations across Kashmir on Wednesday, apprehending five individuals suspected of providing support to militant organizations. The arrests were made during a joint operation in Kulgam district, where police seized two pistols and a quantity of ammunition from the detainees.
In a related operation, security personnel located and destroyed an abandoned militant hideout situated in a forested area of Handwara. During the search of the facility, a substantial cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered, according to police officials.
