Kerala's anti-drug drive nets over 10,000 cases in 76 days

Kerala's aggressive anti-narcotics operation has yielded significant results, with authorities reporting substantial progress in their crackdown on drug trafficking and consumption across the state. By the 76th day of Operation Toofan, police have registered 10,213 cases and arrested 9,941 persons, according to Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala. The campaign has also resulted in the seizure of contraband drugs valued at over ₹100 crore, reflecting the scale of enforcement efforts underway.
