Kremlin welcomes Trump energy truce proposal, demands sanctions lift
Moscow has signalled support for a U.S.-proposed moratorium on attacks against Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure, while simultaneously calling for the removal of Western sanctions it deems unlawful.
