L&T Technology Services announced the multi-year partnership with Nokia on Monday, bringing together the Indian firm's engineering prowess with Nokia's telecommunications technology expertise. While financial terms of the contract remain undisclosed, the deal underscores the growing importance of India-based R&D operations for global technology companies.

Under the agreement, LTTS will provide comprehensive support across multiple engineering domains including product development, software engineering, system integration and product support services. The partnership reflects a broader trend of multinational corporations expanding their engineering footprint in India to tap skilled talent and reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
