MANILA — Laguna Water marked its 17th anniversary by ramping up implementation of its Daloy ng Saya program, moving the traditionally year-end initiative to earlier in the calendar year to expand its reach. The water utility partnered with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Laguna to broaden the program's scope and engage additional learners across the province.
The Daloy ng Saya program, which has become a cornerstone of Laguna Water's community engagement efforts, focuses on raising awareness about water conservation and environmental sustainability. By advancing the program's rollout, the company aims to maximize its impact during periods when El Niño conditions typically influence weather patterns and water availability in the region.
The partnership with the provincial legislative body is expected to facilitate greater coordination between the water utility and local government units, enabling more efficient program delivery. The expanded implementation reflects Laguna Water's commitment to environmental education and resource management across its service territory.
