KUALA LUMPUR — Bagan Member of Parliament Lim Guan Eng has formally presented a comprehensive economic initiative to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, seeking to strengthen Malaysia's small and medium-sized enterprise sector through targeted financial support.
