The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has announced a temporary closure of Lingayen Airport in Pangasinan to coincide with the Undas observance. The facility will be unavailable to air traffic from October 31 through November 1.

The Lingayen Airport in Pangasinan will suspend operations during the All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day holiday period, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced Friday. The temporary closure will take effect from October 31 to November 1 to allow for observance of Undas, a significant cultural and religious period in the Philippines when families commemorate their deceased relatives.
CAAP issued a Notice to Airmen regarding the closure, formally notifying aviation operators and pilots of the disruption to scheduled services at the regional facility. The announcement provides advance notice to airlines, charter operators, and other stakeholders to reschedule flights and adjust operations accordingly.
The closure is part of standard protocol during major national holidays when reduced passenger traffic and the need for airport staff observance necessitate temporary suspension of flight services. Travelers planning to use Lingayen Airport during this period are advised to check with their airlines for alternative arrangements or rebooking options.
