Liqvd Digital India Ltd unveiled details of its ₹39-crore initial public offering on Sunday, marking the company's entry into public markets. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹34.14 crore and an offer-for-sale of 9.02 lakh equity shares valued at ₹4.87 crore at the upper end of the price band. Promoter Arnab Mitra is divesting shares as part of the offer-for-sale component.
Subscription to the offering will commence on September 23 and conclude on September 25, with shares proposed for listing on the BSE SME platform. The company has priced each equity share between ₹51 and ₹54.
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be deployed across multiple growth initiatives. The company plans to allocate ₹9 crore towards acquiring a 23.21 per cent stake in AdLift Marketing Pvt Ltd, while ₹10.59 crore will fund the establishment of a full-scale video content production facility. An additional ₹6.57 crore has been earmarked for working capital requirements, with remaining funds reserved for strategic acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
