Lodha Developers launches ₹1,200 crore office project in Gurugram

Lodha Developers has unveiled 'Lodha Pantheon', a premium office complex in Gurugram with a total investment of approximately ₹1,100-1,200 crore, marking the company's foray into the Delhi-NCR property market. The project, situated on Golf Course Road, spans 1.2 acres and features 4 lakh square feet of saleable office space distributed across 27 floors.

Sushil Modi, Executive Director-Finance at Lodha Developers Ltd, confirmed the launch in recent comments, describing the development as an iconic commercial project offering Grade A++ office spaces. The company plans to market these spaces to corporate occupiers seeking premium workspace in the National Capital Region's key business corridor.

The Gurugram venture follows Lodha's joint development agreement signed last year with MRG Group for two projects in the city—one commercial and one residential. The partnership reflects the developer's broader strategy to diversify geographically and establish presence in high-growth metropolitan markets beyond its established operations in Maharashtra.

The project's location on Golf Course Road, one of Gurugram's most sought-after commercial addresses, underscores Lodha's focus on prime real estate. The development is expected to cater to multinational corporations and large enterprises seeking Grade A office infrastructure in the region.
