Madhya Pradesh CM Demolishes Ancestral Home for Simhastha Preparations

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav took a direct role in the infrastructure development process for the upcoming Simhastha Kumbh Mela in 2028, personally overseeing the demolition of a portion of his ancestral property in Ujjain. The move was necessitated by road-widening initiatives designed to enhance connectivity and accommodate the massive influx of pilgrims expected during the event.

The demonstration of commitment to the project saw Yadav participate in the demolition work himself, symbolizing the state government's dedication to completing the necessary infrastructure improvements. The Simhastha Kumbh, one of Hinduism's most significant religious gatherings, is held every 12 years in Ujjain, and preparations are underway to ensure adequate facilities and transportation networks.
