The Madras High Court has directed the Chengalpattu police to keep a land grabbing complaint against the district Collector in abeyance, according to an order issued by justices G. Jayachandran and E. Manoharan.
The bench instructed State Public Prosecutor R. John Sathyan to convey the order to the Superintendent of Police, ensuring that the police department complies with the court's directive to suspend proceedings on the matter.
