Maharashtra Board releases tentative 2027 exam schedule for SSC, HSC

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released a tentative examination datesheet for the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) board exams scheduled for 2027.

The preliminary schedule allows students, teachers and parents to begin their preparation timelines well in advance. Educational institutions across Maharashtra can now structure their academic calendars and coaching programmes accordingly.

Students appearing for both the 10th and 12th standard examinations are advised to note the dates for their respective streams and subjects. The board typically conducts separate examination schedules for Science, Commerce, and Arts streams at the higher secondary level.

The MSBSHSE has clarified that the published datesheet remains tentative and may undergo revisions before the final schedule is announced. Students and schools are encouraged to regularly check the official board website for any updates or modifications to the examination calendar.

With over a year remaining before the 2027 examinations, students are advised to use this period to strengthen their subject fundamentals and develop comprehensive study strategies in preparation for the board tests.
