Mahindra Lifespaces to Redevelop Chembur Housing Society

Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate arm of the Mahindra Group, has entered into an agreement to redevelop a housing society in Chembur, one of Mumbai's established residential areas. The redevelopment initiative spans 11,241.7 square metres across seven individual plots, representing a significant undertaking in the city's residential sector.

The project will involve the reconstruction of nine existing buildings that currently accommodate 133 members of the housing society. The redevelopment is scheduled to be completed within 60 months, providing residents with a structured timeline for the transformation of their community infrastructure.
