PASIR MAS — Malaysian security authorities have reported no confirmed incursions of militants or armed groups from southern Thailand into Malaysian territory following a series of attacks across the border, officials said Friday.
The assurance came as security forces maintained enhanced monitoring along the Malaysia-Thailand border, a region long susceptible to cross-border militant activity and smuggling operations.
