Mangyan educator honored as outstanding Filipino at Malacañan Palace

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Dr. Emmanuel D. Guarde, a Master Teacher II at Cornelio Lintawalin Memorial Elementary School in Naujan town, was among ten outstanding Filipinos honored by the Metrobank Foundation in recognition of their contributions to nation-building and community development. The formal recognition ceremony took place at Malacañang Palace on Tuesday, with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. presiding over the events.
