Fe, a village cut off from main access roads since early August when heavy rains swelled a local river and swept away the original crossing.
The flood on August 9 split the community, forcing residents on opposite sides of the waterway to find alternate routes or remain isolated. The temporary bridge represents a critical reconnection for the barangay, restoring direct access for daily commerce, medical services, and emergency response.
