President Marcos saw his trust rating climb to 36 percent in September, according to a Social Weather Stations survey commissioned by the Stratbase Group. The increase of two percentage points from the previous 34 percent represents a slight gain in public confidence as the administration navigates various governance challenges.

The survey was conducted from September 21 to 27, encompassing 1,500 respondents across the country. The polling methodology employed by SWS has become a standard barometer for measuring public sentiment toward Philippine leadership and key national figures.

Former President Duterte's trust rating remained elevated, continuing a trend of sustained public support despite his departure from office. The data underscores the ongoing influence of both current and former leaders on Filipino public opinion.

These periodic measurements provide insights into how Filipinos view their leadership and government performance. Trust ratings have emerged as a critical indicator of political momentum and public perception in the Philippines' dynamic political landscape.
