MELAKA — Melaka Sentral Sdn Bhd (MSSB) has disputed reports suggesting the transport terminal experienced a prolonged shutdown of its air-conditioning systems, stating that such allegations misrepresent the facility's current condition and maintenance record.
The operator said it maintains regular servicing schedules for its climate control infrastructure to ensure passenger comfort and facility standards. MSSB indicated that any temporary technical issues affecting specific areas of the terminal are addressed promptly through its maintenance protocols.
The denial comes as the terminal continues to serve as a key transport hub for the Melaka region, handling multiple bus operators and daily commuter traffic. MSSB has committed to maintaining service quality standards expected by users of the facility.
The company did not provide specific details regarding the timeline or scope of the disputed claims, but emphasized its operational readiness and commitment to passenger welfare.
