The digital platform is designed to streamline transactions and provide easier access to information for ORMECO's member-consumer-owners throughout Oriental Mindoro.
The initiative represents a collaborative effort between the university's information technology program and the regional electric cooperative, addressing the need for modernized customer service delivery in the power utility sector. The mobile application is expected to enhance operational efficiency while providing consumers with a more convenient way to manage their accounts and access important service information.
The development of such digital solutions reflects growing efforts across South and Southeast Asia to modernize essential services through technology-driven innovation in the energy sector.
