Minor earthquake recorded in Perak's Temenggor region

A minor earthquake struck the Temenggor region in Perak, according to seismic monitoring reports. The tremor, while noticeable to residents in the area, caused no reported damage or injuries.

Residents in the Gerik district, located in the northern part of Perak, also experienced the tremors from the quake. The Malaysian Meteorological Department assessed the seismic event and determined that no tsunami threat posed a risk to coastal areas in the region.
