Missing Kerala teacher traced living with man under assumed identities

Authorities in Kerala's Kozhikode district have successfully traced a school teacher who had been reported missing, uncovering an unusual living arrangement that prompted further inquiry into the matter. The woman was found staying in a rented residence alongside a man with whom she was cohabiting under false identities as a married couple.

The discovery was made following a systematic search operation by local police, who worked to locate the missing educator. Initial reports suggested the woman had disappeared under unclear circumstances, prompting family members to file a missing person complaint with law enforcement.

The police investigation revealed that the pair had been occupying the rented accommodation while presenting themselves as husband and wife to the landlord and neighbors, despite not actually being married. The exact timeline and reasons for the woman's departure from her known residence remain subject to police inquiry.

Officers have initiated further questioning to understand the full circumstances of the situation, including the nature of the relationship between the two individuals and whether any coercion or deception was involved in the woman's departure. The case is still being examined to determine if any laws have been violated.

The discovery has raised questions in the community about the circumstances leading to the woman's absence from her regular life and employment. Authorities have not ruled out additional developments as their investigation continues.
