MNS leader backs cousin Aditya Thackeray in Salian case

Amit Thackeray, a senior Maharashtra Navnirman Sena leader, has stepped forward to support his cousin Aditya Thackeray amid renewed scrutiny in the Disha Salian death investigation. The development comes after the Central Bureau of Investigation formally registered an FIR in the case on the basis of the Bombay High Court's orders.

The high court's intervention marked a significant turn in the investigation into the death of the television production executive, which has drawn considerable public attention and political interest. The CBI's registration of the case represents the third major investigation agency to be involved in the matter.
