Modi presents Russian translation of Thiruvalluvar's works to Putin

Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented Russian President Vladimir Putin with a Russian-language translation of the Thirukkural, one of India's most revered classical texts, during diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
