Modi, Putin Share Ride After SCO Summit Bilateral Talks

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin demonstrated their working relationship by sharing a ride after concluding bilateral discussions at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit held in Tianjin, China last year.

Following their formal bilateral meeting, the two leaders departed the SCO summit venue together, with Modi joining Putin in the Russian president's Aurus limousine for the journey. The shared vehicle ride underscored the diplomatic engagement between India and Russia at the multilateral forum.

The SCO summit in Tianjin brought together leaders from member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, which includes India, Russia, China, and Central Asian nations among others. Modi's participation in the summit reflected India's continued commitment to regional cooperation and dialogue within the SCO framework.

The bilateral engagement between Modi and Putin at the summit provided an opportunity for the two nations to discuss matters of mutual interest and strengthen their strategic partnership across economic, security, and diplomatic domains.
