Mohun Bagan stage second-half rally to edge SC Delhi in ISL

Mohun Bagan Super Giant bounced back from an early setback to secure three points against Sporting Club Delhi in their Indian Super League fixture held on Friday. The hosts went behind in the opening period but regrouped effectively after the interval to overturn the deficit and claim a 2-1 victory.

The turnaround was orchestrated through a pair of second-half strikes that proved sufficient to overcome Delhi's initial advantage. Mohun Bagan's ability to reset tactically and execute their plans in the latter stages demonstrated the character within the squad, allowing them to maintain their campaign momentum in the league.

The result adds to Mohun Bagan Super Giant's tally in the ongoing ISL season and reinforces their credentials as competitive challengers. SC Delhi, despite taking the lead, ultimately could not hold their advantage against a side that showed resilience and attacking intent when it mattered most.
