Motor Traffic Department resumes online booking at Narahenpita office
Sri Lanka's Department of Motor Traffic will reopen its online appointment system at the Narahenpita office from Monday, November 2, allowing residents to book slots for vehicle registration and related services.
LSN Sri Lanka ·

The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has announced the resumption of its online appointment booking facility at its Narahenpita office, with services set to recommence from Monday, November 2.
The digital appointment system will facilitate a range of motor vehicle-related services, including new vehicle registration, transfer of ownership documentation, and technical assistance. Members of the public will be able to reserve time slots through the department's online portal rather than attending the office without prior booking.
The move represents a return to the online appointment system following a temporary suspension. The DMT has indicated that the digital booking mechanism will help streamline service delivery and reduce congestion at the Narahenpita facility.
Members of the public requiring motor vehicle services are advised to access the online appointment booking system ahead of their visits to ensure efficient processing of their applications and documentation.
