MSD Names Vidhya Sundaram as Associate VP for Global Technology Centres
Pharmaceutical major MSD has appointed Vidhya Sundaram as Associate Vice President of Global Technology Centers, with responsibility for leading the company's expanded Hyderabad Tech Center. Sundaram brings over two decades of experience in building and scaling global capability organizations within the life sciences sector.

MSD announced the appointment of Vidhya Sundaram to the newly created role of Associate Vice President, Global Technology Centers, effective immediately. Based in Hyderabad, Sundaram will oversee the strategic direction of MSD's global technology center network while serving as lead for the company's Hyderabad Tech Center operations.
In her expanded remit, Sundaram will work with senior technology leaders across MSD's global operations to strengthen inter-center collaboration and drive digital transformation initiatives. Her focus will include advancing the technological infrastructure that underpins the company's drug development and healthcare innovation efforts for both human and animal health applications.
The appointment comes as MSD completes an expansion of its Hyderabad facility, reinforcing the city's position as a key hub within the company's global footprint. Sundaram brings more than 20 years of industry experience, with a track record of building and scaling global capability organizations and leveraging digital technology to achieve business objectives across the life sciences sector. She previously held senior leadership roles at rival pharmaceutical companies before joining MSD.
