MyKad printing services to halt for scheduled maintenance next week

The disruption will affect all MyKad printing operations nationwide from August 26 through August 31. The maintenance work is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of the identification card production system that serves millions of Malaysians.

JPN has specifically advised those seeking to replace or exchange their MyKad for non-urgent reasons to postpone their applications until after September 1, when normal services are expected to resume. This will help reduce congestion at registration offices during the maintenance window.
