NAREDCO Telangana to host 16th property show at HITEX

NAREDCO Telangana's flagship property show is set to commence at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HITEX) on October 30, marking the 16th iteration of the popular real estate exhibition. The event represents a key platform for industry stakeholders to connect with prospective buyers and investors keen on purchasing residential and commercial properties.

The exhibition has established itself as one of the region's most significant real estate events, drawing participation from established builders and emerging developers across Telangana and neighbouring states. The venue at HITEX provides ample space for multiple property showcases and is strategically located to facilitate visitor access from across the city and surrounding areas.

The property show traditionally features displays of upcoming residential projects, commercial spaces, and redevelopment initiatives. Real estate firms typically use the platform to launch new projects, offer special discounts, and facilitate direct interaction with end-users and investors seeking property investments.

NAREDCO Telangana chapters have consistently used such exhibitions to drive market growth and enhance transparency in the real estate sector. The timing of the October 30 launch aligns with the festive season, a period traditionally associated with increased property purchases and investment decisions across India.
