Natalie Portman acquires century-old Paris mansion for €15.2 million

Natalie Portman has added a prestigious Parisian property to her real estate portfolio, acquiring a historic mansion located in proximity to the Eiffel Tower for €15.2 million. The purchase, completed in September 2023, marks a significant investment in one of the world's most coveted residential markets.

The four-storey residence, constructed in 1912, carries over a century of architectural heritage. The property previously functioned as an embassy before undergoing comprehensive restoration and modernization efforts to meet contemporary living standards while preserving its classical character.

Spanning 550 square metres, the mansion boasts an array of luxury amenities designed for refined living. The residence features a private garden, a gymnasium, an extensive library, a wine cellar, and a distinctive glass-roofed reception hall that allows natural light to flood the interior spaces.

The acquisition occurred several months prior to the finalization of Portman's divorce proceedings from dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied, marking a personal transition coinciding with her property investment in the French capital.
