NBI opens new clearance center in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental

The National Bureau of Investigation has established a new clearance center in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, expanding the agency's service reach across the region. The facility, which opened on September 8, is situated at the Old Public Market in Barangay 4, positioning it in a high-traffic area accessible to the local community.

The NBI disclosed the development through an official announcement on Wednesday, underscoring the bureau's commitment to bringing its services closer to residents outside Metro Manila. Clearance documents, which are commonly required for employment, education, travel, and business purposes, can now be processed locally, eliminating the need for residents to travel to regional or national offices.
